Delete your account
How to delete
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. No email request is needed and no fee applies.
What happens next
Everything goes immediately: your profile, your clients, their plans, sessions, session logs, weight history, diets, daily logs, notifications, any client photographs you uploaded, any medical analyses you filed, and your whole shop — its page, its products and their photographs. This cannot be undone and there is no recovery period, so export anything you want to keep first.
Orders on your shop
Your shop closes and its orders go with it, including the buyer details on them. If you have sold anything, download or note what you need for your own records before you delete — they are your tax records, not ours, and we cannot get them back for you afterwards.
Your subscription
Deleting the account ends the subscription. Any unused portion of the current period is not refunded unless the withdrawal right applies.
What we keep
Records of payments are retained where tax law requires it. They contain billing data only — never your clients or your training content.
