Terms of Service
1. The agreement
By creating a Gainsei account you accept these terms. If you use Gainsei on behalf of a gym or club, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Your account
One account per coach. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Subscription and billing
Gainsei Standard is €24.99 per month or €249.90 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. The first 30 days are free, and a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. The free trial, and any referral discount, come with an account's first subscription only; a subscription started again after one has ended is charged from its first day.
3a. Who you are buying from
Subscriptions are sold by Gainsei. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor: Stripe moves the money, the sale itself is with us, and we issue the invoice and account for any VAT due. Billing questions go to support@gainsei.com.
4. Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it, or upload unlawful content. You may upload a client’s medical analyses using the feature provided, with their explicit consent and only theirs. Gainsei is not a clinical record system and must not be used as one.
5a. Your shop
Every subscription includes a public shop page at gainsei.com/shop/your-handle. You decide what is on it and what it costs, and you are the seller: the contract for anything bought there is between you and your buyer, and you are responsible for the goods, the description, delivery, and any tax you owe on the sale. Gainsei provides the software and the hosting. Do not list anything unlawful, anything you cannot deliver, or anything that needs a licence you do not hold.
5b. Money, and what we take
Buyers pay for everything on your shop by card, on Stripe’s page, before the order reaches you. Gainsei takes that payment on your behalf. A Gainsei commission of 10% of the order total is deducted, Stripe’s processing fee included, and the balance is paid by bank transfer to the account you give us under Earnings, every Monday, for orders at least seven days old. The deduction is itemised in Earnings for every order. Your shop is only shown to buyers once that bank account is filled in.
5c. Refunds on your shop
Whether a buyer is entitled to a refund is between you and them, under the law where you sell.
6. Not medical advice
Gainsei is a coaching tool. Nothing in the product is medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice, and you remain responsible for the programmes you prescribe.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but may take the service down for maintenance. We may change features and, with 30 days notice, prices.
8. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. These terms are governed by the law of Albania.
